Welcome ! My hope is that the information that is provided on this web site is provocative. If you know me and what it is that I do, I trust that you can appreciate the importance that I place on those issues that I am involved in, in my case world poverty, children, human rights and generational migration. Through my speeches, lectures and talks I have for many years asked that those of you exposed to me become involved in very big issues and that you place equal importance on those endeavors. The pictures on this page are not mine, but they depict the world as many see it, as I also have seen it. For these young children and the many millions of others that are in daily pain, I apologize for leaving them behind. I will continue to try my best to correct and at the very least mitigate the degree of pain that they and many others experience. I ask that each of you try as well. Jeff
The section "Place" has special personal as well as professional and intellectual meaning to me. I am a veteran of the United States Air Force and am working on a project involving those individuals who have served the United States in a military capacity and have been awarded the Congressional Medal of Honor. Please feel free to review this page. While this is a project that I am very excited about, it also is my personal tribute to those that have not only served our country but have given their lives so that each of us can enjoy ours. I have also added a section entitled "Leadership". While I will expand this section in the future, I have added what I feel is the foundation, which is a small collection of historical speeches. As time permits and relevance prevails I will add additional speeches and information. In as much as I teach a number of courses that involve leadership, including a course entitled "Leadership" , as well as a course entitled "Global Issues In A Developing World" I will continue to expand the research that I am conducting as well as this web site. As these projects advance I will update the areas that are relevant to this site. I have, however, added a section entitled "International". Many of you have asked that I add a "Reading List" and I have started that. The books that I have listed are books that I have enjoyed for years and that I think make an intellectual contribution to those that read them. I will add more in the future.
Thank you for visiting.
